At Good Girl & Co., we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
